All bookings, purchases, and payments made through fromyondershore.com are subject to the following policy. By completing a purchase or booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Payment

All live sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. All recorded readings and digital products are paid in full at the time of purchase. No deposits or installment plans are offered at this time.

Refunds — Live Sessions

Live sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

If I am unable to fulfill a scheduled session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling — Live Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

No-shows for scheduled sessions are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Refunds — Recorded Readings & Digital Products

All sales of recorded readings, oracle email readings, and digital products are final and non-refundable. This policy reflects the personalized, custom nature of the work — each reading is prepared specifically for you, and significant time, energy, and care are invested before delivery.

The following exceptions apply:

Before data is submitted: If you have purchased a recorded reading but have not yet replied with your birth data or reading information, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact me within 48 hours of purchase.

After data is received but before delivery: At my discretion, I may offer a store credit or partial refund as a goodwill gesture if extenuating circumstances apply.

After delivery: Once your recording has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

If I am unable to fulfill your reading for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
