Once an archaeologist in the field and always a seeker at heart, I now walk the mythic bridge between worlds as an astrologer, writer, diviner, and creative ritualist. My journey began with a trowel in ancient earth, unearthing stories buried in stone and root. Today, I excavate meaning from the stars and the soul, weaving living rituals and mythic reflections for those called to the liminal edge of experience.

Myth and meaning have always been my compass, guiding me to places where story, cosmos, and lived ritual converge. From Yonder Shore is the confluence of a lifelong devotion to archetype, astrology, divination, and the unseen patterns that shape our becoming. My practice spirals through earth-based ceremony, creative journeywork, and the animating pulse of both ancient and emerging traditions.

For over twenty years, I have drawn from meditation, plant spirit work, yoga, astrology, the runes, and tarot; practiced drumming, vocalization, toning, and the singing of icaros; and cultivated a relationship with creative ritual, sound, and the language of archetype. Journeying—through dream, trance, and altered states—remains at the heart of my work, as does the art of channeling, listening, and responding to the subtle voices of land, spirit, symbol, and imagination.

Rather than adhere to a single lineage, I listen for the deep music beneath all things—a tapestry woven from the wisdom of ancestors and the living present, honoring the cycles of the stars and the creative powers that shape both soul and world. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and animist—inviting seekers to awaken their own mythic awareness and to dance at the threshold where healing, insight, and transformation arise.

My work is rooted in archaeology, anthropology, and comparative mythology, and grounded by completion of Nightlight Astrology’s inaugural program in New York City, where I received a certificate in holistic counseling. I have helped pioneer new approaches to astrology and consciousness studies in online spaces, serving as a core contributor and course producer for communities such as Evolver, Reality Sandwich, and SynchCast. I produced and directed “The Astrology of Awakening” monthly webshow with Eric Meyers for SynchCast, co-hosted and developed Astrology Hub’s third online summit, and produced and directed the acclaimed Astrology Hub Podcast—featuring guests such as Jessica Lanyadoo, Chris Brennan, Rick Levine, Colin Bedell, Tashi Dos Santos, and many others. I have also co-hosted Donna Woodwell’s Magic & Mastery podcast. Through these projects, I have collaborated with and learned from visionaries, scientists, and artists—including Richard Doyle, Jeremy Narby, Rick Tarnas, Stanislav Grof, Carmen Boulter, Dennis McKenna, and others whose voices have shaped the new mythic imagination.

Divination—through tarot, runes, and other oracular arts—is a living thread in my practice. I approach the tarot as a symbolic map and the runes as ancient voices, using these tools to unlock intuition, receive mythic guidance, and converse with the mysteries that dwell beneath the surface of daily life.

From Yonder Shore and Numinous Explorations are sanctuaries for mythic inspiration, living ritual, and creative inquiry. Here, essays, sessions, and circles are crafted for those who sense there is more to reality than meets the eye, and who long to remember, reconnect, and reimagine their own story.

My intention—whether through writing, one-on-one sessions, or community circles—is to help others awaken to their mythic nature and foster a living connection with the cycles, symbols, and sacred currents flowing beneath everyday life.
