The Elemental Essence
A confluence of Air—thoughts mingling and currents entwined, the medium of connection and revelation.
Holy particles whispered with the Word.
Thought made manifest through vibrational intent—subatomic flux, secret longings relayed by transceivers, broadcast across nebulae. Light slows, so matter forms; form quickens, releasing back into light.
With delicate cilia, we perceive Air on our skin, hear modulated vibrations through our ears, and recover forgotten recollections with every fragrant inhalation.
With every out-breath, we dissolve—releasing our essence into the world to be absorbed, transmuted, and breathed back into all that shares our atmosphere. With every in-breath, we absorb, are transfigured, and become a part of everything in our surroundings and, ultimately, the entire world.
And so, Air becomes another link in the elemental chain of our collective unity and shared tether, weaving the elaborate tapestry of life.
Separation is only in our minds—a refraction of Air’s unique vantage gazing upon the prismatic crystal of reality.
Just as the wind and the pollination of seeds are a cornerstone signature of elemental Air in its marriage with Earth—the material, three-dimensional manifestation of its quality. On a more subtle, psychological or esoteric perspective, Air is the vehicle of thought.
And just like the germination cycle of plants/seeds, thoughts and ideas follow the same principles, absorbing/disseminating, cross-pollinating (merging self/other) within its own framework—the lexical/firmament container of its established influence—the idea processed, refined, and scattered reaches a point of harmonic convergence that establishes a peer-reviewed/collaborative and edited version of the thought/idea, and becomes rooted within the collective lexical framework of the thought system.
Here, abstraction reaches clarity through the use of language, articulation, and transmission. Fidelity is dependent on the quality of the amplifier and receiver.
But air can become stale if left unmoved, just as thoughts can stagnate without circulation. Earth, for her part, has her own elegant methods of filtration. Humans living in the technological firmament must turn on their air filters—the white noise soothing their minds in place of running streams and the strumming of crickets.
